MINT: Unused with Gum, Maybe Hinged, could be regum. UNUSED: A Stamp Issued With Gum, But Has None. OG: Original Gum. VLH: Very Lightly Hinged. HR: Hinge Remnant. NGAI: No Gum As Issued. It is possible that some stamps may have been expertly restored, regum, or repaired, but not to my knowledge….I have never knowingly purchased stamps that have been altered. However, low value shipments (under $100) can be sent via regular first-class mail without tracking, if the buyer is willing to accept the responsibility in the event of loss. Packages valued between $100 and $1,000 will be sent with tracking and insurance. Packages valued over $1000 must be sent via USPS Express mail (insured) the cost of which will be included on buyers invoice. To save money, we do combine shipping for items purchased within a seven day purchase period. Please request an invoice before paying for multiple lots. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY Packages under $100 can be sent via regular first class mail if the buyer is willing to accept the responsibility in the event of loss. Due to the high number of recent losses, packages over $100 in value and under 4 pounds in weight will be shipped via registered mail, and a $16.00 registered fee is added to the cost of the postage. Postage is based on weight and destination. Packages over $1,000 and/or over 4 pounds will be sent via express mail and those shipping charges are based on total weight and destination.
